Mastering Human Skulls Hosted by Matt Cantor (event ticket for 8/23/26)

Skulls are some of the most common elements in the mini painting hobby. We find them on armor, bases, and our skeletal minions. In this class I will go over how to paint the volumes and details of a human skull. I will also touch on what colors can be used. Students will be asked to bring sharp paint brushes and wet palettes. It is encouraged that students bring their preferred hobby lamp, but this is not necessary. Models and paints will be provided.

What to Bring

Students should bring:

• your paint brushes
• A wet palette
• Any other items that they would use

• Practice models
• Paints and other necessary painting materials

Come spend an afternoon improving one of the most useful skills in miniature painting. By the end of the class, you'll have a stronger understanding of painting realistic bone and the confidence to tackle skulls on everything from terrain and bases to your favorite miniatures.
